One response = one person responding to a feedback request, whether through a conversational chat or a traditional survey, regardless of the number of questions posed or answered, including one optional dynamic AI follow-up to the last open text question answered.

What happens when I go over the limit of responses on my plan?

You will be charged an overage fee, as set out in your subscription plan. Overages are automatically charged to your payment method once a month.

How many requests for feedback can I send per month?

You can send as many requests per month as you like on any plan – we only count responses against your plan. This means you only pay for the value you get, regardless of the response rate of the audience.

What are your accepted payment methods?
